Farmer-director Peter McBride has been selected as Fonterra Cooperative Group’s next chairman. Former Zespri chairman McBride will replace John Monaghan when he retires the chair at the November annual meeting. Under Fonterra’s constitution, its chairman is selected by the board from within its pool of seven directors.
