Arvida sales surged in Dec qtr, bonds sale planned

Arvida said its occupation rights sales surged in the three months ended December with strong momentum continuing into the current quarter.The retirement village and aged care company sold 130 occupancy rights in the quarter, up 29 percent on the September quarter and up 17 percent on the same quarter of 2019.
