Bank of New Zealand has been announced as the new owner of open banking fintech Blinkpay.BlinkPay's co-founder Adrian Smith has been announced as the chief executive, which BNZ stated would ensure that "BlinkPay retains its own leadership and decision-making, along with its entrepreneurial spirit and startup culture".
