Goodman extends bank debt and S&P affirms ratings

Goodman Property Trust's manager said the trust's main bank facility has been extended and international ratings agency Standard & Poor's has affirmed its credit ratings."We have taken the opportunity to extend Goodman's syndicated bank facility at competitive new margins with altered participation levels by the syndicate banks," said chief financial officer Andy Eakin in a notice to NZX.The extension maintains the weighted average term to expiry at 4.2 years across all the trust's debt facilities, Eakin said.G...
