Heartland cuts several home loan rates below 2%

Heartland Group has dropped several of its home-loan rates below 2%, even though its previous rates were already the lowest in the market.It has slashed the floating rate to 1.95% from 2.5%, its one-year fixed rate to 1.85% from 1.99% and its floating revolving credit rate to 2.35% from 2.75%.Heartland launched the revolving credit option just three weeks ago.Its two-year fixed rate remains at 2.35% and its three-year rate at 2.45%.
