As was expected, hardly any new NZX shares available from the shortfall of the retail part of its $44 million capital raising were taken up in the auction among institutions.There had been 13.2 million rights not taken up by retail shareholders and there were 12.9m, worth $18.3m, passed in after the auction and so will be taken up by underwriter UBS New Zealand and any sub-underwriters it had signed up.NZX said these sub-underwriters "included a number of long-term existing shareholders and new shareholders".NZX is using the new capit...
