Pip Greenwood to replace Jan Dawson as Westpac NZ's chair

Westpac New Zealand said its chair, Jan Dawson, will retire on Oct 1 and will be replaced by current director Pip Greenwood.Dawson has chaired the NZ arm of the Australian bank since Feb 2015 and joined the board in July 2011.Greenwood's appointment as her replacement is subject to the Reserve Bank having no objection.A former Russell McVeagh partner, she has been on the board since April 2019 and chairs its risk and compliance committee.
