RBNZ to assess 3-hour settlement system outage

Transactions are now flowing through the Reserve Bank's exchange settlement account system after a three-hour outage this morning, the central bank said in a statement.“While the system is back online we are continuing to work with ESAS users to keep them updated about the outage.
