The Reserve Bank (RBNZ) says it has appointed three people to its leadership team as assistant governors.Sarah Owen will become general manager of risk compliance and legal services in March next year and will also be chief risk officer, chief privacy officer and anti-money laundering officer.Owen now works for the New Zealand Superannuation Fund as general counsel and general manager of corporate strategy.
