Titan Parent New Zealand Ltd, the parent company of Trade Me, has appointed just-retired Australian property executive and commentator Owen Wilson to its board. In the past week, Wilson ended his tenure as chief executive and director of Rea Group Ltd. The company has an almost $A30 billion ($34b) market capitalisation. The appointment comes is five months after Trade Me took a 50% stake in Stuff Digital, a move seemingly destined to ratchet spur in the fiercely competitive real estate and motoring advertising market.Rea Group is...
