Flick Electric secures $4.8m in funding from Evander, Morel and Angel HQ

By Suze Metherell May 7 (BusinessDesk) - Flick Electric has secured $4.8 million from investors, including Datacom shareholder Evander Management and venture capitalists Jenny Morel and Phil McCaw as it looks to spread its new wholesale electricity offer across New Zealand. The Wellington-based company targeted external investors to fund its growth plans and build on its 1,493 customers, it said in a statement.
