FMA and SFO launch investigation into Paul Clifford Hibbs & Hansa

By Edwin Mitson July 6 (BusinessDesk) - The Financial Markets Authority and the Serious Fraud Office have launched an investigation against a company called Hansa Limited and Paul Clifford Hibbs. Companies Office records show Hibbs is a director of Hansa and lives in Christchurch. The company was founded in March 2005 and last filed accounts in August 2015.
