FMA appoints Liam Mason as general counsel

The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) has promoted its director of regulation to take over as its top lawyer.Liam Mason will be assuming the role of general counsel from Nick Kynoch who has left the FMA to work for Generate Kiwisaver.
