FMA clears Gentrack on prospectus, says offer risks could have been clearer
By Suze Metherell Nov. 10 (BusinessDesk) - The Financial Markets Authority has cleared Gentrack Group's prospectus but said risks could have been made clearer after the utilities and airport software firm issued a profit downgrade some six weeks after its initial public offer.
