Fraud accused seeks stay of proceedings over medical condition
By Paul McBeth July 9 (BusinessDesk) - A person facing fraud-related charges is seeking a stay of proceedings ahead of an eight-week trial scheduled to start in September, the High Court in Wellington heard today. Justice David Collins reserved his decision over a bid for the person to be granted a stay due to their medical condition.
