Goodfellows' Amalgamated Dairies trims Sanford stake again, raising $20.8M

By Jonathan Underhill Sept. 29 (BusinessDesk) - Amalgamated Dairies, an investment vehicle for the Goodfellow family, has raised about $21 million reducing its holding in fishing company Sanford to 24 percent from 27 percent. It sold 2.9 million shares in August and September on market for $20.8 million, which amounts to about $7.19 a share.
