Nov. 20 (BusinessDesk) – Goodman Property Trust, New Zealand’s biggest listed property investor, said its distributable first-half earnings rose 23 percent and affirmed its guidance for full-year profit. Distributable earnings, a measure of profit that strips out valuation movements, rose to $50.3 million, or 4.18 cents a share, in the six months ended Sept. 30, from $41 million, or 4.07 cents, a year earlier, the Auckland-based trust said.
