Contact Energy goes ahead with solar farm at Christchurch Airport

Contact Energy is proceeding with the Kōwhai Park solar farm joint venture at Christchurch Airport. It confirmed its final investment decision on Aug 16 with partner Lightsource bp, and construction will begin this year.Total estimated construction costs are around $273 million, including development costs but excluding $43m financing costs.
