More than 11 years after 115 people were killed in the CTV building collapse, the complaints process against the engineer whose firm designed the building has reached its final stage.Engineering New Zealand, the professional body for engineers formerly known as Ipenz, confirmed a complaint against Alan Reay had been referred to a disciplinary committee in May.
