Former Air New Zealand deputy chair Jan Dawson is the new chair of Ports of Auckland, replacing the retiring Bill Osborne immediately. The highly experienced Dawson joined the board on Aug 31.Dawson said one of her priorities would be to appoint a replacement for former chief executive Tony Gibson by the end of the year.
