International arrivals offset variable Air New Zealand flight schedules on the back of its Pratt & Whitney engine issues, helping boost Queenstown Airport passenger numbers by 3.3% to 1.26 million for the six months to December.Domestic passengers through the country's fourth busiest airport were 799,468, down 5.4% on the comparable period, while arrivals from Australia were up 22.7% on last year and 11.4% on pre-pandemic 2019 numbers.That increased traffic translated to total income for Queenstown Airport Corp's (QAC) books of...
