Napier Port handled the equivalent of 135,000 twenty-foot containers in the six months through March, 7.5 percent more than a year earlier.Export containers were marginally higher at 60,000 TEUs, while imports rose by 9.3 percent to 69,000 due to earlier import repositioning of empty containers into the region.Bulk cargo volumes fell 7.3 percent to 1.6 million tonnes.
