The largest producer of recycled paper products in New Zealand has confirmed it will close its Penrose mill, in part due to rising energy costs.Oji Fibre Solutions launched a consultation on its closure proposal in August when wholesale gas and electricity prices spiked due to gas shortages and low hydro lake levels.
