CBL Corporation's managing director, Peter Harris, has agreed with the regulator he will not hold management or director positions at any public company or licensed insurer in New Zealand after admitting to breaching sharemarket rules.The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) has reached a settlement with the former CBL boss, who admitted continuous disclosure and fair-dealing breaches under market rules.The restriction lasts until ongoing legal actions in relation to CBL are complete and the settlement also involves the FMA dropping some alleg...
