The Commerce Commission wants mobile providers to be clearer about network coverage and let people leave their plans if they have coverage issues.It's asking telcos to standardise coverage maps to improve comparability, make coverage maps easier to find and provide an “exit right” in plans for customers whose experiences don't match the maps.It also expects clearer and more consistent coverage descriptions using terms like “excellent, good, fair and no coverage”.A survey by the commission found that 81% of consum...
