The court of appeal has declined Ken Wikeley’s request for leave to appeal a high court decision about proceedings brought by Sir Owen Glenn’s Kea Investments against him and ex-rich lister Eric Watson.Kea alleges that Wikeley and Watson have engaged in a worldwide conspiracy to defraud Kea.In 2018, the English high court ruled that Kea and Glenn had been fraudulently induced to participate in a £129 million (NZ$271m) property investment.Watson, the mastermind behind the fraud, was subsequently imprisoned for contempt.Fabricat...
