The lawyer for former Mainzeal director Richard Yan has laid out a heavy critique of Justice Francis Cooke’s judgment against the construction group's board during a bankruptcy proceeding against his client. Liquidators at BDO are trying to bankrupt Yan because he hasn’t paid some $18 million awarded against him.
