The defamation saga between former politician Steven Joyce and NBR publisher Todd Scott has ended, with the former finance minister opting not to appeal a Court of Appeal decision against him.Time ran out today for Joyce to appeal the Oct. 9 decision which reversed a High Court ruling saying Joyce had been defamed.Joyce said "I feel like I've made my point.
