The former principal of FE Investments TK Shim has exited his year-long bankruptcy after repaying an outstanding loan in a deal that should’ve been put to the creditor before last year’s proceedings.Dancingonmoonlight – an entity owned by three-time harness racing horse breeder of the year Robert Famularo – applied to bankrupt Shim last year over an undisclosed sum.This could have been avoided had Famularo, a Canterbury businessman, received a settlement before the February 2021 proceedings.That deal was put in front of...
