FMA gives ‘no action’ relief on climate reporting changes

The Financial Markets Authority won’t be pressing companies to file climate statements if they fall below new reporting thresholds.On Oct 22 Commerce and Consumer Affairs Minister Scott Simpson lifted the mandatory climate reporting threshold for listed companies from a market cap of $60 million to $1 billion.
