A High Court judge has approved a settlement in the Intueri Education Group investor class action, although the final sum is unknown.The class action by shareholders against Intueri’s ultimate owner, AWN Holdings, and its directors was settled late last year.Intueri was listed on the New Zealand Exchange (NZX) in 2014, but the firm moved into liquidation in 2017.  The claimants had alleged the initial public offer (IPO) documents were misleading and that the firm had breached its continuous disclosure obligations.According to Justice...
