Miscarriage bereavement leave bill passes into law

Parliament has passed legislation giving mothers and their partners' bereavement leave following a miscarriage or stillbirth.All parties agreed to the Holidays (Bereavement Leave for Miscarriage) Amendment Bill (No 2) which means employers must give three days leave following the end of a pregnancy as a result of miscarriage or stillbirth.
