Price collusion charges have been filed against freight forwarders Mondiale Freight Services and Oceanbridge Shipping by the Commerce Commission.Civil proceedings were also filed in the high court in Auckland against four individuals associated with the companies – two of New Zealand's largest freight brokerage agencies.Mondiale, which merged with VISA Global Logistics in February, has operations across NZ, Australia, Asia, India and Europe and employs more than 1,500 people.Oceanbridge, founded in 1981 by Bill Speedy, employs about 1...
