A dispute between Simon Herbert’s Empire Technology and Vital has been deferred from court as the parties move to settle their grievance. Empire Technology bid to take over telco Vital Ltd in August last year. The bid failed, and the company, formerly known as TeamTalk, was eventually taken over by Tait Communications in September this year.After the Empire takeover failed, Vital invoiced for its takeover expenses, but Empire refused to pay the demanded $247,036.
