Survey reveals troubling work environment at AUT's Law School

The Auckland University of Technology’s Law School staff are reporting significantly lower engagement and higher bullying rates than their colleagues, according to a presentation obtained by BusinessDesk.It follows similar survey results for the University of Auckland Law School, which showed low rates of satisfaction for academic staff.AUT’s “Your Voice” survey for 2024 showed the law group’s overall engagement score was 55% compared with an AUT-wide score of 73%.One in five law school staff said they agreed...
