Everyone knows that a good boss makes the coffee every once in a while, but passengers on a recent flight from Auckland to Queenstown got more than they bargained for when they were told it was Air New Zealand’s new chief executive, Greg Foran, pouring the tea and offering the cassava chips.Foran, who took the helm at the national airline this month, surprised even the crew when turned up to wrangle the tea urn.
