Air New Zealand has offered vaccine-hesitant staff the opportunity to take leave without pay until an alternative to the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine becomes available.The airline told BusinessDesk it is in consultation with staff who are required to have their first dose of the vaccine by Nov 14 and second by Dec 26.
