Cooks Coffee looks to secondary listing overseas

Cooks Coffee shares fell in very light trading with the company saying it was looking at a secondary listing in the UK.The NZX-listed hospitality franchising company's share price fell 4.7% to 40 cents, with just 286 shares changing hands. The company today said it plans to undertake a dual listing as its international business continues to grow.Cooks Coffee, which has been listed in New Zealand since 2008, operates and franchises Esquires Coffee stores in the UK and Ireland; while in Portugal, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Pa...
