Cooks Coffee looks to secondary listing overseas

Cooks Coffee shares fell in very light trading with the company saying it was looking at a secondary listing in the UK.The NZX-listed hospitality franchising company's share price fell 4.7% to 40 cents, with just 286 shares changing hands.
