Genesis Energy chief executive Marc England will depart the company on Oct 14, with the company’s chief customer officer taking the helm on a temporary basis.England is moving to Australia to head New South Wales electricity distributor Ausgrid.Ausgrid has more than 1.8 million customers and is jointly owned by the NSW Treasury, investment firm IFM Investors and AustralianSuper.England joined Genesis, which has about 500,000 customers, in 2016.Chief customer officer Tracey Hickman will be interim chief executive until a new lead...
