MARKET CLOSE: NZ shares rise as Trade Me gains, F&P reaches record; A2 Milk falls

By Sophie Boot Dec. 1 (BusinessDesk) - New Zealand shares rose as Trade Me Group extended its gains and Fisher & Paykel Healthcare reached a record high, while A2 Milk fell. The S&P/NZX50 index rose 50.5 points, or 0.83 percent, to an all-time high of 6150.69. Within the index, 23 stocks rose, 16 fell and 11 were unchanged. Turnover was $179 million. SkyCity Entertainment Group, the casino and hotel group, led the market, rising 4.1 percent to a four-month high of $4.37. Trade Me rose 3.2 percent to $3.87. The shares have gained 27...
