Air NZ makes its biggest green fuel purchase so far

Air New Zealand has bought 30 million litres of sustainable aviation fuel, its biggest order to date.The fuel will be stored in Los Angeles and San Francisco and blended with traditional jet fuel for flights across the Pacific next year. About 35% of fuel used on the flights will be sustainable.The order represents just 1.6% of the airline’s total fuel supply for the 2025 financial year.
