AFT Pharmaceuticals will face off against a former joint venture partner after the high court rejected a bid to delay the dispute's hearing until 2024.In the high court at Auckland, Justice Geoffrey Venning affirmed a three-week hearing between AFT and British Virgin Islands-based PBL Solutions will take place in October this year, bringing their two-year-old dispute to a head. PBL sought to have the case pushed out by 12 months, although the courts wouldn't have been able to hear it before 2024.While the judge rejected the applica...
