Bruce Carter retires from SkyCity

The changes continue for SkyCity, with director Bruce Carter the latest to exit the listed gambling group.The company said in a statement to the NZX that Carter had retired as a director effective from March 20.Carter joined SkyCity in 2010 and had been appointed deputy chair and was also chair of the audit and risk committee.“The SkyCity board and management team thank Mr Carter for his valuable contribution to SkyCity,” the company said.SkyCity already had a non-executive director recruitment process underway and would replace Car...
