Mark Lucas has stepped down as chief executive of medicinal cannabis firm Cannasouth.The resignation announcement comes just hours before a creditor meeting with voluntary administrators.The NZX-listed firm moved into voluntary administration on March 28 after the tap was shut off for future fundraising across the capital-intensive business.The company had halted share trading on the NZX two days earlier.The meeting with creditors was set to take place at noon on Thursday.The purpose of the meeting is to determine whether to appoint a creditors...
