Analysts say Vulcan Steel’s move to purchase Roofing Industries for $88 million is positive for a company aiming to grow out of a deep downcycle.Alongside its annual result on Tuesday, Vulcan Steel announced it had signed a conditional sale and purchase agreement to buy the company.
