Craigs Investment Partners sells 50% stake to TA Associates

A half share in investment brokerage firm Craigs Investment Partners has been sold to global private equity company TA Associates for an undisclosed sum.In a press release Craigs said a conditional agreement had been signed, with the firm's existing employee and director shareholders retaining 50% ownership.Craigs has 650 staff and $32 billion in funds under advice.It was established 40 years ago and has more than 180 qualified investment advisers servicing more than 65,000 investors through19 branches in New Zealand.'An ideal partner&#...
