The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) has issued crowdfunding platform Equitise with another infringement notice after it went a third year without filing financial statements on time.Equitise has been a licensed equity crowdfunding service provider since 2014 and is required to file audited financial statements by Oct 30 every year.For the third consecutive year, however, the FMA said it has failed this task, despite being fined last year for the same offence.The regulator’s latest infringement notice requires Equitise to pay a $7,500 fe...
