Isentia agrees to A$67 million takeover

British technology firm Access Intelligence has struck a A$67 million takeover deal for Australian media monitoring business Isentia.ASX-listed Isentia announced the transaction this morning. Under the offer, shareholders will receive $0.175 per share in cash, the company said.Isentia provides an online news and social media monitoring service used by the public and private sector across Australasia.
