The long serving chief executive of Goodman NZ, John Dakin, will step down at the end of 2022, but will remain as an executive director of the manager of the Goodman Property Trust (GMT).Dakin, who has led the NZX-listed firm for the past 18 years, will be replaced by director of investment management James Spence from Jan 1 next year.GMT has assets under management of $4.7 billion and is the country's largest listed property investor by market capitalisation. Its property assets are focused on urban logistics, mainly in Auckland, acro...
