Kiwi Group Holdings today confirmed it has hired Goldman Sachs to sell its fund management subsidiary, Kiwi Wealth.The fund manager is the country's fifth largest KiwiSaver provider and recently won a spot as a default provider. It was originally called Gareth Morgan Investments and rebranded after it was acquired by Kiwi Group in 2012.Kiwi Group Holdings is majority owned by New Zealand Post, while the NZ Superannuation Fund and the Accident Compensation Corporation hold a roughly quarter each.Its largest asset is Kiwibank, but it also own...
